Aabir Malik started his real estate journey working on developing his family's educational business into student housing.  That project led him to a career in commercial real estate. Aabir has over 15 years experience in the industry.  Aabir has overseen over $500 million in real estate development projects.  His primary focuses have been senior housing, student housing, multifamily apartments, hospitality, industrial and retail. Aabir's specialty is community-oriented experiential development projects that focus on partnerships with the community stakeholders.  The goal has always been to improve the local area through development. 

Aabir holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
