A fervent advocate for building generational wealth, Seth is a testament to the possibilities that arise when one pursues their dreams with grit and determination. His earlier years as a firefighter and paramedic ingrained in him values of service and commitment. Transitioning into the multifamily real estate sector, Seth made an impressive entrance into the industry, securing a significant $1M return from his initial 50-unit acquisition. Seth anchors The Stream Group's growth strategy and investor outreach through forging close relationships with brokers. His strategic vision and execution place The Stream Group among the top performers in their sector, distinguishing them from other similarly sized firms in the market.

She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Sarah’s impressive career journey has led her to discover her true passion for real estate investment, where she excels in driving growth and scaling businesses. She is renowned for her ability to build strong operational foundations, ensuring meticulous infrastructure and seamless processes. Her strategic insights and hands-on approach have consistently driven success, enabling companies to achieve their goals and thrive in competitive markets.

Junior Analyst

Carson Bade joins The Stream Group as a graduate from Miami University in 2022 with a degree in Finance. After graduation, he began his career as a multifamily commercial real estate broker in Columbus, where he developed a strong foundation in property transactions and market analysis.

Carson leverages his expertise to drive asset acquisition and optimize performance across a diverse portfolio. His role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, property acquisition, and ensuring sustained growth and profitability for the organization.

DEBBIE WALKER

Director of Finance, CPA

Debbie Walker joins The Stream Group as a proven results-oriented leader with over 30 years of financial management experience. She has served both public and nonpublic companies in a variety of industries, including real estate investment funds. Her background also includes experience in mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. Debbie is passionate about serving executive teams of emerging businesses and provides practical approaches to support the assessment of growth opportunities, as well as continuous monitoring of investments to maximize returns. In her spare time, Debbie volunteers for a non-profit that supports food security for underprivileged children, serves as a volunteer board member of a ladies’ golf association, and enjoys golfing, hiking, fly fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Dustin Walcker joins The Stream Group, with over 18 years of IT and IT auditing experience. Known for his strengths in Achiever, Responsibility, and Discipline, Dustin is dedicated to excellence. He ensures The Stream Group stays ahead in technology, focusing on real time data and advanced analytics to support real estate investments. Dustin’s efforts in automating property management and ensuring regulatory compliance are pivotal. He holds certifications in Microsoft Excel Fundamentals and Data Analytics, and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Minot State University.

Aabir Malik joins The Stream Group with over 15 years of real estate experience. He began his career by transforming his family’s educational business into student housing, which sparked his passion for commercial real estate. Aabir has successfully managed and overseen more than $500 million in real estate development projects. His expertise spans various sectors, including senior housing, student housing, multifamily apartments, hospitality, industrial, and retail. Aabir specializes in community-oriented experiential development projects, emphasizing strong partnerships with community stakeholders to enhance local areas through thoughtful development. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Cory Walcker joins The Steam Group, with over 20 years of IT security experience. He has been key in advancing the company’s security surrounding technology and digital transformation. Cory excels in strategizing and implementing IT security solutions that align with business goals, covering areas like infrastructure, database, and cloud computing. Known for his leadership, Cory manages cross-functional teams and fosters innovation. Cory holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
