His earlier years as a firefighter and paramedic ingrained in him values of service and commitment. Transitioning into the multifamily real estate sector, Seth made an impressive entrance into the industry, securing a significant $1M return from his initial 50-unit acquisition. Seth anchors The Stream Group's growth strategy and investor outreach through forging close relationships with brokers. His strategic vision and execution place The Stream Group among the top performers in their sector, distinguishing them from other similarly sized firms in the market.

Tim Shaw channels over two decades of unwavering service as a firefighter and paramedic into his role at The Stream Group. With beginnings in foreclosure auctions and tax sales, Tim scaled the heights of the real estate domain, from a licensed agent in Ohio to co-founding The Stream Group. As Director of Operations, he integrates property management, construction, and capital improvement under one umbrella, driving efficiency and uniformity. Tim brings the same unwavering dedication, integrity, and service ethos from his years as a firefighter to his role in real estate and land development.

With 28 enriching years in real estate, his seasoned expertise spans launching key developmental projects, making strategic personal investments, and deftly managing new construction undertakings. Each project under his guidance reflects his commitment to enhancing the locale's architectural and economic landscape. Throughout his career, Tim's visionary leadership has been instrumental in transforming spaces into thriving communities, balancing aesthetic appeal with economic vitality across various teams and organizations.

MARK FRY

Director of Asset Management

Mark E. Fry's real estate voyage commenced in 1992, and since then, his extensive experience has touched all corners of the nation. Working alongside prominent national real estate entities, Mark’s proficiency expands over asset management, multi-regional operations, marketing, and more. Before joining The Stream Group, he held pivotal roles such as Partner and National Director of Acquisitions at renowned property management firms. Now, as the Director of Asset Management, Mark shoulders the responsibility of in-house operations, 3rd party management assets, and departmental oversight. His history is enriched with commendable initiatives like serving as an Executive Board Member for Learn To Read – Jacksonville and being an alum of Leadership Jacksonville, Class of 2017.

Debbie Walker

DIrector of Finance, CPA

Debbie Walker joins The Stream Group as a proven results-oriented leader with over 30 years of financial management experience. She has served both public and nonpublic companies in a variety of industries, including real estate investment funds. Her background also includes experience in mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.

Debbie is passionate about serving executive teams of emerging businesses and provides practical approaches to support the assessment of growth opportunities, as well as continuous monitoring of investments to maximize returns.

In her spare time, Debbie volunteers for a non-profit that supports food security for underprivileged children, serves as a volunteer board member of a ladies’ golf association, and enjoys golfing, hiking, fly fishing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
